I'm SO disappointed with this company. I called and scheduled a diagnostic appointment for our AC condenser unit, and told them exactly what was wrong. I understand that they need to confirm it, but the next day after service I received a bill for $900 and all they had done was confirm exactly what I had told them was wrong. Reached out to these folks for help on a project. Not only were the techs super knowledgeable, they were very kind and help me resolved my HVAC problem!
Some HVAC companies make it so complicated to get a tech out, get a quote, get service scheduled, etc. These guys were able to do all of that in one day and restore our heat so my office didn't freeze to death. Very straightforward and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
