I had an order that was sent to me, I was supposed assign through Taree and stopped into the Clinic to pick up the back order and meet the girls in person, Nice to meet you Jenny and Ann thank you for keeping me up to date on the on time order delivery. Look forward to visiting the Clinic in Feb 2026, to get the best out of my Resmed CPAP Machine. Libby
I've recently had some assistance from the clinic for my sleep condition - they have been terrific. Very helpful, very easy to deal with, very responsive, and able to solve problems quickly and effectively. They offer trials of equipment so that you can see what you think with support, rather than just guessing - this has been particularly helpful. Also they were able to give expected timelines for appointments and results repeatedly and were happy to change when asked - I could not recommend them more highly.
I’ve been a satisfied customer for about 1.5 years now. I am also a bit of a conundrum. The staff have been very patient though and my machine is finally now working better. Highly recommend you approach them and try before you buy.
