Missed our trash again. After a holiday usually picked up wednesday must have ignored our street. Wish they had better customer service , left message with answering service.😐

Family has lived at the same property for 20+ years but recently has had issues with a certain employee who refuses to pick up their garbage because he has to get out of his truck to dump the trash. The can is never overfilled and there is almost never any garbage in the side. If the garbage can is moved any closer it’s in the street. Never had any issues until this new employee came along a couple weeks ago and really inconveniences my grandparents when they’re paying for a service.
