Family has lived at the same property for 20+ years but recently has had issues with a certain employee who refuses to pick up their garbage because he has to get out of his truck to dump the trash. The can is never overfilled and there is almost never any garbage in the side. If the garbage can is moved any closer it’s in the street. Live in Aurora, Drivers don’t sometimes come until after 1pm exceptionally Jesse. Always changes the route every time. Never have the route the same. Had to call Aurora City Hall so why my trash hasn’t been picked up. Very frustrating. What is the issue? How can this be resolved???
We have same trash pick up for over 8 years now and they keep missing my trash and I call and they say we will have someone pick up tomorrow and it's still not picked up think I am going to change trash company
