I was initially very pleased with the services offered and the pricing. However, communication has been extremely disappointing. After several attempts to get in touch (through emails and texts) I received no response. I even tried to cancel services, but that message was also ignored. I hope future clients receive more consistent communication and professional treatment.
I was looking for a recurring home cleaning service and found MidMO on a list of women/minority owned businesses in Como. The owner, Lillian, replied to my inquiry with friendliness and transparency, and her rates were fair. She said she had a staff of four women. Great service very friendly and very professional.
Very unprofessional!!! I set an appointment to see the place, but never show up. Worst part is no notification whatsoever that they won't come. I won't trust this company at all!!!!!
