Great service very friendly and very professional.
Very unprofessional!!! I set an appointment to see the place, but never show up. Worst part is no notification whatsoever that they won't come. I won't trust this company at all!!!!!
We called Mid-MO Cleaning to help with my elderly father’s nasty home. I particularly needed help with bathroom and kitchen, but because our situation was so stressful, I decided more help in other rooms would relieve some of our stress. We were told on initial phone conversation that a team would arrive on Wednesday at 9 to clean and was scheduled for two days, with an extra day if needed. Stephanie was stellar!! She is very detailed and has great communication! She goes above and beyond by organizing all the items in the rooms she's cleaned and you feel fabulous when she is done!!!
I wouldn't recommend them. Had a cleaning scheduled for weeks before our new tenant moves in. Never showed up, waited 4 hours to get a txt message that she double booked us. What a hassle! Can't pay good money to get someone even to show up or communicate in a timely manner to let us know, she double booked.
