Tracy is a con artist who is only after your money. After being a patient of his for nearly 5 years and developed wounds he directly cause through his poor fitting prosthesis, he avoided responsibility and completely refuted his actions in my case. Poor prosthetist, please stay away...I even tried to get local legislators in MO to allow for regulation of prosthetic providers will no success. I have had a prosthesis for 32 years and Mid mo o&p provided my legs for 20 years of it ,but there service and reliability has went very bad and not caring about the patients now . Very unreliable and never return calls and make lies. I had a very good relationship with Tracy Eli and I don't know what happened in the last 3 years. Since changing names and partners. I would not suggest them to anyone.
First off the bat the location isnt in the friendliest of places, Rustic looking,limited parking, quick dismissive staff and to top it off its takes a excessive amount of time to get anything. It might drag but it gets the job done!
my daughter needs chipmunk shoe inserts. i made my appointment and 2 days before it they call needing her shoes size ( which is not needed) and when tried to return their calls up till the day of her appointment no one would answer. I go in and found out they cancelled it without talking to me and told me they only needed her shoe size which she is in between right now. I was told I would get a call from Mike. 2 weeks later call to see where my daughter's inserts are and got told they are in fabrication (odd but shrugged it ... read more
