established the best vehicle for me at mid-Missouri motors In Saint Roberts Missouri. Everyone was so wonderful. Best purchase of my life from these folks.
I went to have my headlight replaced. When it was finished and I got my car back, damage had been done right beneath the headlight. I brought this up to management, was lied to (saying that damage was already there), and they refused to repair the damage. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and to be lied to directly was very insulting and disrespectful. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
