Absolute trash. Keeps rescheduling appointments with no advance notice. How the hell are you supposed to enroll in services when they refuse to give you a chance to apply. Wish Google would fix their rating system so you could actually give zero stars.
Incompetent at getting meaningful help. Too much inconsistency between what different employees will tell you. Too many dropped calls and no immediate callback.
