I would like to say how awesome Riley, at the Independence branch, was to my mom today. My mom normally banks with another branch and she called them to help her with an issue and they not only rudely refuse to help her they also lied about their ability to help her. Riley was understanding, polite, respectful, professional, and helped my mom with her issue with no problem whatsoever. He updated us regularly on our home and answered all of our questions. He is a truly nice young man to have as a loan officer. We highly suggest using Mid-Missouri and Joey!
