Awesome experience working with Mid Michigan Title. They made the closing process fun and stress-free!!!
Long story short: I purchased my home last year in July and did a quit claim deed. We were not informed from the this title company of needing to fill out two forms that are REQUIRED to the city. We are not educated in this type of business to know what PROPER paperwork is required. I received my summer 2026 property tax bill with a $200 extra fee for not filling out a property transfer affidavit and exempt sheet.
