Do not waste your time with this Dr. Craig Brown is extremely rude and very unprofessional. The entire staff is very unprofessional. I would give zero stars if that was an option. You will regret going there by the very first visit.
Find a different office! I’ve been seeing Dr. Brown for over a year now and have nothing good to say… I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. Dr. Brown put me on a medication for it which did help take the edge off. But I haven’t been able to get but one refill on this script!!! I’ve been without meds for months at a time. My anxiety is now to a point where I have panic attacks just picking up my kids from school. I’ve tried to reach out to the office multiple times to fill my script, even sent messages through my porta... read more
I would give a much higher rate for the Dr and nurses... The receptionist Dorothy or whatever her name is really needs some customer service training... We have been coming there FOR YRSSSSSS for the Dr... And when his dad was the Dr. Every single time EVERY SINGLE TIME we have an interaction with this receptionist it is mean and nasty. No phone manners... Just terrible the way she makes ppl feel dumb and she is very condescending... HORRIBLE
I could write a huge paragraph of just how unprofessional this clinic is but I'm sure most of the people that have went here or continue to do so already know or will soon come to realize. They do not care about your health or making you a priority as a patient. All they are concerned about is MONEY and how many times they can make different appointments to bill you or your insurance.
