I was very disappointed in the professionalism of Dr. Kawauchi. He took 3 personal phone calls during my 10 min appt. When he came back in the room after the last one, he ushered me out of the room even though I had not asked any of my questions yet. I asked them in the hallway and at the reception area (no privacy) & even then did not really get all of them answered. I will not be returning to this practice nor recommending them to anyone.
