If I could give 0, I would. Was an established patient but had an insurance change at the beginning of the year. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with the intake receptionist confirming they took my new insurance. Showed up today with the same insurance I confirmed they took, just to have them reject my insurance on the day of the appointment and telling me I couldn't even self pay (to not waste a journey) Beyond frustrated for the waste of time. None of the office staff ever answer the phone. I've left several messages and they never call back. They've given me prescription drugs that I need to take or else it could affect my health severely and I never get a call back. I've even called the complaint line and they put me through to voicemail as well. What's going on with health care why does nobody care at all?
