Been going to this dentist since I was a young child for 38 years . Have older children 16 years old that have gone to them from a young age. I missed a letter about an overdue balance and was told I wasn’t allowed to bring my child back or given an option to pay this bill. it was over a year old. Never in the 38 years has a bill not been paid there until this ONE. I even went through the othodonist here which we all know there are lots of bills that come with that and never missed. We had a very negative experience here when my son was two. We have not been back and I would not recommend this practice.
I was nervous to bring my daughter here after reading some of these reviews, but she’s now been there three times (filling, double extraction, and a cleaning) and I have no complaints. Everyone we’ve encountered has been so kind and we’ve had no issues at all.
Scheduled an appt. And was informed that I was not allowed back with my 3 year old. Even for the consultation. I scheduled anyways , although I was uneasy about it because I was unsure if this was a common practice with pediatric dentists. After talking with other parents with kids my sons ages, they said that didnt seem right. I ended up canceling my appt and trying a different office that would put my son to sleep.
