Be Careful! My wife made an appointment. She WAS a patient here. She had not been in a while. The office sent out paperwork in the mail. The paperwork included my (Husband) Name, Address, Phone Number and my SOCIAL SERCURITY NUMBER and Date of Birth. Which is illegal to do!! Social Security Number Privacy Act MCL 445.83. If that mailing fell into the wrong hands they had ALL my information...HOW STUPID. I didn't even get an Apology. The Office Manager Acted as though it didn't or couldn't happen.

The nurses there take forever to call you back when you call with a concern. When they do call you back they play down your issue and just suggest to drink water.
