RecommendedThe doctor and staff are awesome to work with. They took time to explain my condition in detail. I never feel rushed while at their office. My new glasses fit perfect. They are super nice and were very affordable. My family will continue to make the drive to Midland.

Based on today’s talking with the office manager my family and I will probably not be going back. They are charging $28 for miscellaneous fees - which according to the office manager is for nose pads, and time for the techs to put them on. They also are charging $16 for postage to return your lenses that are already covered by a warranty. They also have quit giving the 10% discount off the total when you pay for your glasses with the office manager saying they couldn’t give the discount as it’s against the law. Absolutely LOVE Mid-Michigan Eye Care! Dr Buckingham is phenomenal and the staff is so incredibly caring. I had to bring my 8 week old with me to my eye exam. My little guy got fussy shortly after the exam started and not once did anyone make me feel bad or anxious about it. They were so accommodating and patient while I calmed him down.. and suggested I snuggle him the entire exam to make sure he was comfortable too :) he fell right asleep and it was one of the easiest outings we've had! Dr. Kaminski is amazing. He is the primary reason that I still have vision in my eye! They are always willing to work with you in the office as well.
I thought the people were very nice and informative. Always explained to me what they were doing. It was my first time at this eye doctor. They made me feel like I was a patient of theirs for years.
The staff were so friendly and very efficient. A very pleasant atmosphere and a very positive experience!
