Everytime I call the WIC office to schedule an appointment "all agents are busy" If I show up to make one it's a 30 minute wait in an empty office and then I'm greeted with a dirty look because I don't have an appointment. I believe these services should be easier to access, especially if the office is open.
The two employees that I spoke with were extremely rude, offered absolutely no help. We're totally in 100% clueless as to what is there a job was and what the whole mission of health and human services is. Very appalled at this office is low ability to help citizens. I'm confused as why we even have a useless office in Gratiot county. I am now of the belief that they should just close the office remove the offices duties to a office that can and will treat the customers with respect and get the job done that needs to be done... read more
