I got my wisdom teeth removed back in October and the experience was great. I was beginning to have a lot of issues with my wisdom teeth and they were able to get me in a few days later. I was told it was a very quick process to get mine out, possibly because they were already grown out of my gums. If at all possible, do not use this Oral Surgeon. He told me i did not need anesthesia, then i show up and he cancels the appointment because he says i need anesthesia (took a half day off from work). They also estimated my out of pocket costs wrong and they now want me to pay $300 more. I have spoken to the office multiple times and they refuse to meet in the middle to help offset my 1/2 day wage losses. Horrible customer experience.
Just wanted to share my experience with these folks absolutely impressed with the staff and the Doc and I made them very aware I get very nervous with dental procedures and the ladies in the office did all they could to assure me all would be ok and they were fantastic to deal with in office and over the phone and the doc was very informative with good sense of humor which I need at a time like this I have one more procedure be for I leave for the winter and feel very safe with u all and appreciate all ur efforts in making m... read more
Staff are really nice, procedure went well. Dr is a bit condescending and rude. The nurse I spoke to was the kindest human on the planet though. The three stars are for her.
I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. L’Heureux and they all were very polite and dealt with me kindly before and after anesthesia I called mid July and had an appointment in August which was so surprising! Before I knew about Mid Maine Oral Surgery I was on a waitlist with a different oral surgeon for over a year with no set date for surgery…….
