I was referred to Mid Lane Truck and Trailer and I had a great experience. They helped with a pre-purchase inspection and later repaired one of our business trucks. Their communication really stood out. They kept me updated the whole time and explained everything clearly. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
They did a perfect maintenance job on our Iveco Daily 4x4 Camper Van! Though they didn’t know the Italian brand of Iveco, they managed to order the correct fluids and to replace everything that was needed. Thank a lot!
When tragedy hit my family and we lost an engine due to bad diesel, stranded away from home, I called 30 repair shops within a 6 hour radius. This was the ONLY phone call that was rude and unhelpful in sourcing what we needed. Within that same day, I found a professional shop elsewhere, our replacement engine, and a timeline of a week or so to completion. I would look elsewhere for service.
