I went to Mid KS after almost buying a boat from another local dealer. The customer service and overall experience with Mid KS was so much better than the other dealer. They went above and beyond to answer questions and show my wife and I multiple options. Wow! My wife and I are pulling our boat from Texas to Iowa and had an issue in our trailer where the metal split and we quickly needed a new portion of the trailer put in. They were SO amazing and friendly. They got us in right away and had to use a hoist system to lift our boat off the trailer and fix the trailer. Bought a boat and trailer from them last month. Boat engine is having problems, trailer brakes aren’t working. Service department is terrible - Been waiting weeks for a part to come in for the trailer and can’t even get them to call us back. Will never do business here again. Avoid this place. Wish I had read the other reviews before I did business here.
