Nina always helps me find what I need and the store owner is always friendly and nice when I walk in. I recently went in and bought hair for a sew in and I also bought a closure. I didn't notice until a few days later that the closure was a different type of curl. I called and they said no exchanges without a receipt even though I never opened the package. I hope I can find the receipt, otherwise I guess I'm stuck with the wrong type of closure. I feel that the employee should have made sure that she grabbed the correct type... read more
