I recently had an awful experience at Mid K beauty supply. I asked about a specific product and was given the wrong one from an unaware employee. There are also no refunds on hair extensions so I am unable to take this back.When I called the store and informed the manager that I was misinformed by his employee he seemed unconcerned and never offered any solutions to assist me.
