I was referred for a root canal retreatment and saw Dr. Cicanesse (Somerville Office). He was very good at explaining the entire operation and my different options in terms of what to do he did recommend a 3-D x-ray and he explained and displayed to me exactly what the issue was. I was very impressed by the amount of compassion and time he took in order to explain everything so that I made a better decision.
