Wonderful place. The staff is great.
We moved my dad from St.Elizabeth's ICU to Mid Jefferson Extended Care and were very happy with those that cared for him. The Case Manager, Michelle, was a Godsend and helped us navigate helping him come to terms with his condition and making the decision to take him home on hospice. His nurse, Steven, was an angel from heaven. We never saw Steven without a smile on his face and he was always happy to help with anything that would make dad more comfortable.
