Beyond incredible vet. Dr Amie & all staff have been absolutely incredible with multiple of my animals as well as our most recent emergency with our little kitten. Such a thoughtful and compassionate group of people & can’t say enough good things about them all. Thank you all for everything you do!
My family is from Port Alberni and we called around 10 places yesterday as our senior Labrador (14 years, 9 months) was at the end of her life. No one was able to help, except for this clinic. Even though they were fully booked, they told us to bring her in and that she could be seen between patients. My cat was experiencing some neurological symptoms and I was terrified. Multiple vets told me I needed to go to the emergency vet and they couldn't help me. I called this one and they were able to get us in last minute, helped relieve my anxiety and made sure my cat was okay, they even stayed open a litter bit later for us to make sure she was okay.
