Compassionate, patient, caring and professional. Dr Sophie had no interest in trying to sell us unnecessary tests for our dog. We had to euthanize our pet, and it could not have been a more peaceful experience. Can’t say enough good things about the doctor and staff during this sad time for us.
We encountered a medical situation with our dog Buddy. We were totally devastated. We calleed our Vet at Mid -Isle and on short notice we experienced A1 service.A level well beyond what could be expected.Shortly there after a knowledgeable vet arrived at our home and quickly diagnosed the problem and made suggestions to help avoid similar issues in the future. Highly recommend Mid-Isle Vets, We could not ask for any better service with a competent staff. Thank you for looking after Buddy.
I couldn't recommend Mid-Isle Veterinary Hospital any more than I already do, they are absolutely amazing! In the last couple of months they have come to my dogs rescue twice, without hesitation! My fist dog picked a fight with a bear... within minutes of me calling, they had my girl in the examination room being treated! Tonight, my boy ran across some broken glass and cut up his foot pretty bad! I called them, and within 10 minutes Tex was immediately brought in and treated. I can’t recommend Mid Isle enough. My partner and I adopted a puppy in 2024 from the SPCA, little did we know she would have a world of issue. Mid Isle worked so well with us, getting all the tests we needed being there every step of the way. I can tell they actually care. I will never go to another vet! I’ve now sent many of my friends here
We brought our 10 year old shitzu today to see Dr, Sophie. She was great, very informative and kind to our pup. We have not been to this clinic before but they excepted us on a semi-urgent matter, which we were very greatful for and will make this our regular vet clinic. Highly recommend this office.
