Friendly, prompt and open 7 days a week which is an enormous benefit for all pet parents.
I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Last week we had to do the hardest thing for our dog. They were nothing but supportive and compassionate. They gave us all the time we needed. If we ever get another dog we will go back to them.
Laurie and staff were so compassionate and accommodating for an emergent situation. They went above and beyond and took care of both our pet and ourselves. Thank you endlessly!
Everyone in Mid Island Veterinary Hospital were very compassionate and knowledgable. They took my pup during the hardest and painful time. When our own Veterinary reject us because they’re too busy. Mid Island Veterinary Hospital did everything possible to tried saved Hailey. But she can’t be saved. They even sent us Hailey’s paws print with sympathy card. Being new to the Island and having two puppies, looking for a vet had me super stressed. It is a very hard choice and like most people in today's world I was relying on google reviews to decide. I weeded out the negative feedback re: price/location/hours and tried to focused on standard of care. Within my area I came upon Mid-Isle, and I am so glad I chose them.
