I was only going to be in the area for a few days, and the pain could not be ignored, so I had family reach out to Dr. Bill at Mid Island Wellness for a same day walk in (as a non-patient). They were fantastic! They said to come right away and they would fit me right in, and within minutes I was in great care. Dr. Bill was able to alleviate the pain and increase my range of motion, and the on-staff massage therapist then spent a full hour focused on isolating the area I needed the most attention.
