This dentist was/is incompetent to say the VERY least. The day prior to my appointment I called and confirmed ( everything ) with his receptionist. Explained I WOULD BE USING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION to get there and just needed everything to go as smoothly as possible ( it was winter ). My appointment was set for 3:30 and even though MY WALK to the nearest bus stop was ONE MILE, I arrived in plenty of time ( 2:50 ). Most incompetent dentist and office ever
Terrible experience, The dentist was extremely rude , I felt he was racist towards me being extremely caring to all the white people that came in and then with me he was very rude. I was 5 minutes late even called to let them know but he gave a me a lecture on how he wont help me because i came 5 mins late and because he has alot of work. I wasted my time going there.
