Description of Complaint: July 15th I dropped off my vehicle that experienced a hit and run. The parts was delayed up until August 24 and Mid C began working on the vehicle. I did not get a hold of Jasmine Khan (customer service rep) who handles my claim and Mid Collision , she totally acted as if she can get my car bill to the max without going over any details and never managed to send me the details of my car estimate and repairs until I asked .
