We had Mid Island Cabinets handle our new home kitchen and bathroom cabinets. This was a huge mistake! The camera arrived 3 weeks later then planned, and the the guys doing the installing banged up our walls and new flooring which we then had to replace, The quality was less than sub-standard, and did not reflect the price we paid for the work. The sales people did try to make it up to us in some ways, but it was too little too late. Our only recommendation is to not consider this company for anything in their category!
As a Site superintendent for a Vancouver Island developer, I must report that although this company was previously a go to organization for all of our millwork and cabinetry requirements, this company is no loger a qualified supplier for any of our needs. Poor Workmanship, and quality, along with constant missed deadlines, and endless call backs are now the order of the day. I'm not sure what has happened here, but steer away from them at all costs, the losses are too great to tolerate.
