Owner ignores my phone calls after I drop off my car
I Had a Very Odd Experience the First time I had brought my vehicle to this Shop Last year. The Owner Michael told me when my car was first damaged that he Would Help Deal with the insurance company and not to worry. He called me back after they Looked at the vehicle and Said that it was good to repair to drop off. I Was Sent over to this Bodyshop From my insurance company to get an Estimate for repair. The Owner I Spoke to Didn't Seem to know I was Coming even though the insurance company confirmed 1 day Prior for my appointment. When I arrived the Gentleman in charge had me wait for 45 minutes to Get the Photos for the Insurance estimate and Could not Tell me anything about a Time frame for repair and Seemed like he didn't want my business . While I understand the intention behind his offer, I am cautious of the potential future problems.
