I do not normally write reviews, but my experience with Dr. Nicole Holden at Mid Island Audiology was so fantastic, I decided I needed to share my experience. I traveled from CA to NY, and when arriving, my hearing aid case was DEAD. I flew here to lead a series of strategic meetings, and not being able to hear would have been catastrophic. I couldn't be happier with every aspect of my experience with Mid Island Audiology! The office is comfortable and spotless, the receptionist pleasant and personable, and Dr. Holden is the best! She is kind and caring, listens to your concerns, answers any questions you may have, and works hard to find the best solution to your hearing issues.
Great experience. Very clean facility. Friendly staff. Nicole was very friendly, knowledgeable and it took almost no time. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Dr Recher, of Mid Island Audiology is absolutely fantastic! He was thorough in his exam, assessment and follow through, and communicated well and respectfully with my 94 year old mom as well as her caregivers and family. Michael and Carline, staff we dealth with, are so helpful and wonderful. Michael, via Dr Recher, offered and went way out of his way to pick up a hearing aid that needed adjustment in order to get it to my Mom as quickly as possible. Dr Recher is the most caring and professional audiologist I have ever dealt with. With all this new technology in hearing aids he takes the time to explain all the functions of the hearing aids to coincide with my new I Phone. Would highly recommend him to family and friends.
