Caring and compassionate, Dr Russo is amazing and so knowledgeable.
Andrea always is looking out for me and my hearing. She is insuring that my aids will be performing like new by sending them to the manufacturer to be fully reconditioned. This will save me money and give me continued improved hearing. Her service is exceptional, experienced, and professional.
I have had hearing aids since October 2023. Dr. Andrea Russo has been instrumental in making this a non stressful experience. She was very patient and answered my many questions. I was surprised with the great clarity the new hearing aids provided. The yearly testing and maintenance appointments have been excellent. I strongly recommend Dr. Russo for all your audiology needs!
