I have only had good experiences at this branch. I began going here when I opened a new account in the spring and I found everyone helpful, responsive, and well-informed. Recently I was in the branch to pay a bill and asked about a car loan. Within a few hours, I received approval and Alberto Villa had already taken care of everything and had the paperwork ready to go. He was knowledgable, kind and extremely helpful.
