Yesterday, February 26th I opened a new account at Peekskill’s branch of MHV. Will Erraez was the member service representative who assisted me. He made the process so easy, and even when I changed my mind about where I wanted my money to go (CDs etc) not once, but twice, he did not become impatient and just got the job done with humor and respect.
