FYI banks/credit unions in NY will not warn you your account will be frozen if you dont personally come in to make a transaction in 18 months. Electronic payments/deposits do not count as a transaction. They will take your electronic deposit but you can't use it. As long as they have your money it's ok. I showed up in person and called numerous times to fix this issue and no one can help, the only thing I can do is close the account. Thank you for the inconvenience.
