They bumped up our appointment because we had an emergency, stayed until the job was done, and were very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have Kyle do the work. Very happy with their work and would recommend.

In the middle of this Covid-19 crisis, I woke up to no hot water, and very low water pressure. Mid-Hudson Pump got all the parts and equipment that needed to be replaced, and came the next day, installed a new water heater and new water tank. The service men were both very professional and friendly, and we ALL practiced social distancing. They went above and beyond. Thank you to all - the office staff, owner, and service technicians.

Terrible experience. STILL water issue and we needed another company to repair. No invoice left. No warranty info or pump info left. We have no idea even what pump was installed. Office staff beyond rude and obnoxious. We asked for invoice and warranty issue and was told it was sent, but nothing. I would never recommend this company. What I can say is, the two young gentlemen that did come to our home were kind and courteous. Too bad the owners were not like them.

Very professional, reliable and quick service. I couldn’t ask more from a company. Thank you for all your hard work! They are a company that will not leave you stranded. I’ve had them come out twice for separate issues I’ve had and could not be more pleased with their efforts and work ethics!

Fabulous, fair in price and quick! They have been here all day and ate fixing my pump from 1995!! They also told me I am submit bill to my insurance company !! Thank you for such great service!!
