It’s a family owned business that everyone from the husband and wife to the children work there I would not go anywhere else
I don’t even have words to describe how thankful I am for Jessica and Dan and their team at Mid Hudson Motors! My car is older and was making all kinds of noises and just didn’t feel right I had no idea what was wrong they took the time to go over the car completely and go step by step with me on what needed to be done to keep myself and my children safe unlike all the other shops they did not try to charge me for a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. So thankful for them and will be a customer for life 💜
Dan and his crew are the best people around
I've had my car serviced here in the past with no issues. I had a recent experience here that left a bad taste in my mouth. Dan is great and looks out for his customers. I can't say the same about his wife, Jessica, who is a representation of his business. I would have overlooked a simple misunderstanding on her end, however, being unprofessional about it is not something I tolerate. I would HIGHLY not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
