I have never encountered a business where one cannot get through via the telephone. I have been trying to ask a question regarding my bill for two straight days to no avail. In the future if I ever needed an anesthesiologist I will make sure none are associated with this billiing company. This is very frustrating and once my bill is paid off I will never again want to deal with this business. .
