I highly recommend going to Crystal Tractor in Leesburg. The staff made me feel like I was part of the Kubota family. Daniel Burge was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me get the right equipment for my company. He took his time and answered all of my questions and set me up with the right equipment to fit my needs and put me on the path to success. The only person who calls me back is sandy which was my salesperson when I bought my mini excavator. The service dept never calls back when they say they will. Going on a month to get my ac fixed. Service guy come out he took 5 minutes and knew what was wrong. Never heard a thing back from them. Called 3 times and got a "we will call you right back" we'll i had to call back then no one could tell me anything on the status of when the part was coming in, if it was on back order, or on hold. I bought two products from them as they as simply the best. A BX tractor and a Gravely mower. Jeff worked with me on sales and another Jeff from the service team worked to help fix a problem with the mower. They made everything right for nothing and went above and beyond to help me. I will do more business here moving forward.
