Rodney is such an awesome guy and went above and beyond during my pool installation! He made the process so simple even after all the hiccups during Hurricane Ian. I love my pool and they also gave me an amazing price 30k under competitors. From actual start to finish (not including the Hurricane) it took them 3 months to get it done!
I would give them five stars simply for the beauty of my pool, however, they get one star because no one ever responds to messages. I've been trying to reach Rodney for 4 days over an issue with our pool and no one responds. No one returns a text. No one calls back. If only their customer service was as good as their pool.

Being not only born and raised in Orlando, Florida but also working as a Recruiter for companies that need help filling all sorts of logistics and construction like roles I can hands down say that the team working for Midland Pools are some of the most knowledgeable, hardworking teams I have ever seen in construction. They are honest, professional and caring people. This family business is top notch and I would highly recommend hiring them for that picture perfect summer life you’ve been dreaming about!
