So every once in a while you come across a situation that just leaves you asking "What the hell just happened" 🤷 That was the case dealing with my, now former, Dr. Office of Jerrold Ecklind located in Wildwood on hwy 301. I called to inquire about a patient certification renewal i needed and received a jawdroping response filled with disrespect, off brand language and general show of lack of care by a female receptionist "Office manager" which ultimately led to her daring me to "come up here" and a hang up. He doesn’t care about patients only money ! I work a lot of hours for a living and in the hospital battling two diseases. He told me once he doesn’t get much money unless I’m Medicare and he sent a letter to drop me as a patient due to the fact I rescheduled a couple appointments because I was in the hospital!!!!!! Unreal never ever ever have I been let down by a primary doctor!!!
