I can't say enough wonderful things about this DREAM TEAM with CJ and Katie and their staff!!! I have to be on a very expensive dry eye prescription. My eye Dr highly recommend the Mid Florida Pharmacy to me. From the start they were on it and this was over a year ago! For a year they have been the best of the best! This is by far the worse place to call. I work for a doctors office and have tried calling twice in the past 2 days. When you call it just rings and rings and rings......... you get an option to press 3 to get a call back and "keep you place in line" however I can not choose this option since the call will come to the main office # and not me. The staff is wonderful. They make you feel like you matter. It's very rare to find good customer service at any pharmacy these days but Mid Florida Pharmacy is different. They care about their patients. They keep up with your prescriptions for you. They will deliver right to your door and you can't find that kind of service anywhere any more! The wait time is minimal. I had a prescription from my doctor from correct vision sent to this pharmacy. And the manager was very attentive, patient & very kind. I appreciate professional people like that. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place :).
