Talk about an unprofessional group. Tried to rent through VRBO, they wanted me to send them credit card information through email. I messaged them and said I had done my credit card information through VRBO and pointed out some discrepancies with the contract they sent versus what the policy in VRBO was and they replied back very rudely and canceled my booking. I am seriously worried this place is a scam but if not they need to take some classes on customer service.
