Dennis is awesome in every way and definitely knows his business! He is thorough, friendly, informed, and will go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend for Dennis for new construction and used homes.

Dennis is the best. He was able to get us in timely for our initial inspection as we were up against a time crunch. 8 months later we were changing H.I. companies and they required a four point which he came out to do the following week and the insurance company complained about one of the photos so, he made sure to come back out again. He is always willing to go above and beyond to help us out. Much appreciated!

Dennis was great! He was incredibly thorough in his inspection. When we placed our offer we were told the home had just passed a 4 point inspection. But when Dennis came out he found things that were unknown to us, including the need for a new roof. Thanks to his detailed report we were able to negotiate another $12k off the price of our home. The cost of his inspection paid for itself in multiples. I would definitely recommend.
