Purchased 6, purportedly new, 6v identical golf cart batteries for a second cart which is used less often than my primary cart but still appropriately maintained regarding battery charging, water levels etc. After 2 months cart failed to run and one of the 6 new batteries refused to adequately charge to 6v. Discussed with the seller ( ZACK) who refused to replace it and blamed problem on inadequate maintenance and only offered further eval by testing under load at regular $50 cost. Worst experience. Went in ready to purchase a cart and the sales rep refused to come out of his office and provide a quote. Complete waste of time.
First time taking my cart in. Zack went out of his way to make sure everything was ok. Will be doing all my services there in the future. Thanks Again!!
