Once I got past the AI (Rosie), and got to a real person everything seemed personable. Yes! The staff is very caring and very experienced in everything they do from the appointments, all the way through to every exam process to check out. It seemed to me like I was visiting old friends but of course highly professional at the same time. The optician across the hall as well. Thank you everyone and especially the appointment person that was helpful with my appointment. ❤️. Highly top notch and recommended!
