Horrible is an understatement. We had a 3-hour wait for my diabetic husband. We come to Ocala yearly for my husband and I to do checkups, and this place is by far a joke, to say the least. The front desk older lady is rude. There was a lady with short, black, curly hair with glasses standing (in front of older desk lady) there talking about a patient named "Jim" with the sliding glass door wide open. Paperwork is a mess, all over the place. They seemed to have mixed up the patient in front of me's paperwork with someone else... read more
Wouldn't recommend this place. They told us the appointment was 11:30. Not true, my friend who's 80 waited another hour to be called in.
Long wait!! But not the facilities fault. Sweetest group of nurses I have ever had. And the anesthesiologist was the best!! Thank you
Had a colonoscopy and endiscopy done at the same appointment. The care was AMAZING! From the front desk where beautiful Kathy greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed, Then I was Escorting to the back by a Geo who took great time and consideration in answering all my questions with the same warm welcome feeling. After being taking to prep , I met the most amazing needle poker named Leeann who started my IV with such skill I never even felt it. She too wore a beautiful smile that comforted me greatly.
