The worst run Doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. They never answer the phone or respond to voicemails… pathetic customer service
Dr. Matthews has taken care of my type 1 diabetic husband for 25 years! There have been countless instances in my husbands life that if it weren’t for Dr. Matthews I’m not sure he’d be alive. He is the only endocrinologist we trust to handle his brittle diabetes. Thanks to him my husband is alive and is getting healthier everyday.
So, I’ve always loved visiting with Dr. Matthews. He’s Thorough, listen as well, and attentive. But I have to say, now that they seem to have more reliable AND FRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF (new Melissa, Beverly, etc), I appreciate them that much more now!!
Dr. Mathews is one of the kindest and most attentive doctors I’ve ever met. It’s rare to find a physician who genuinely takes the time to listen and make you feel heard, but Dr. Mathews goes above and beyond.
