Worst Experience ever! I give this place a 0 stars! The staff is terrible!!! The hygienist refuse to let me in with my minor child (I understand maybe for x-rays) but when I demanded my way in I found the hygienist working in my minor child mouth WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and without the presence of a parent. The manager? She could get away with murder and there will be no accountability! WORST PLACE/SERVICE EVER!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Equipment is old and looks nasty, dentist came and did the cleaning so quick and so hard that I'm still bleeding and all my teeth are hurting now. All he say was how much plaque I had. I literally wanted to get up and leave . If you are looking for a great dentist ...keep looking because this is not the one.
These people suck! They do not return calls. Front office staff has bad attitude problem. I've been waiting on these people for 3 months about my root canal. And everytime I call them they tell me the same thing. I need more X-rays. When I try to schedule they put me on hold and hang up. Please do. It spend your insurance or personal money here. Definitely not worth it!
Horrible experience, I was charged for something that my insurance covered and I still haven't received the reimbursement after I was told I'd receive a check in a few days. I was also told I had 5 cavities I consulted another dentist In another office and I was told I had No cavities. A lot of older people go there, I bet they charge them for unnecessary things.
