Would give a zero if I could. Called at the end of September they told me a counselor would reach out the next day. Heard nothing back. Called back the next week. The receptionist told me it would take a few weeks and try to call around the end of November. I wait until the end of November. Hear nothing. I call them back at the end of the November.
