I had a terrible experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 2:00 PM at their Stony Point location. The day before, I received a confirmation call where they specifically confirmed my appointment at Stony Point and even provided the address at 1 Liberty Square, 9W. I drove over an hour to get there, arrived early, and waited 20 minutes, only to find the office completely closed. I called and left a message with their messaging service—no response. Dr. Gill is a great physician. He was able to get me the help I needed. He is one of the best pulmonologist in the area. Office staff is helpful and make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Gill for pulmonologist. Professional and helpful physician!

Not sure what is the issue with this Drs office , but I’ve never seen such incompetent staff & a Dr that do not know how to return a call , keep records or be honest with Paitents. They have lost multiple tests results only later to say they were found . However still 3 weeks of waiting on multiple calls to be returned , and yet has to return one call - after promising he would call me the next day, since he staff had none of my lab results which they received weeks ago .
