we have shared the pool with all of the camp kids all summer and now you are going to close the pool from 3-5 for the swim teams, there was a time when we shared the pool with them too. so why was this changed
The ONLY reason I chose to get a YMCA membership over anywhere else is because of the basketball court. How is it that the basketball court is used for everything BUT basketball? We get kicked out for pickleball even when they did not schedule or pay for the gym time. Me and about 7 other people who go to this gym are planning on canceling our memberships
They provide outstanding customer service all the time the staff is welcoming and helpful
I’ve been a member for 2 years now. They had the women’s locker room closed for a VERY long time due to renovations, briefly reopened it, and now it’s closed AGAIN! Now the women’s temporary locker room is the men’s old locker room (gross AND a safety hazard, how many men do you think have accidentally walked in there out of habit?) & most importantly: THERE’S ONLY ONE BATHROOM STALL. I am on a burner account for my child’s safety and treatment. The things my child tells me about camp is unacceptable. The treatment of children and counselors is careless and I will no longer have my child attending once I can afford to send him somewhere else. There are children on medication that makes them more susceptible to heat stroke. It is not acceptable to have my child along with others to be in the heat during this weather.
