Heavy equipment experts
These guys sold us a machine told us it was hi flow and in fact the machine was not. They said they were going to make it right. They had the nerve to call me and ask me for more money because they messed the paper work up . Haven’t decided if we are going to take them to court or not. Wouldn’t buy anything from them. After this incident. We have talked to quite a few people . Everyone has had problems with them. The guys name is Patrick who sold me the unit. What a joke.
I've been treated well in the past, but this last time we took our machine in they quoted us $12,000 for the repair, but then they came back and said it was now $22,000 worse case, so we said ok. When they finished, they sent us a bill for $33,000. What crooks. Basically, he said we had to pay it to get our machine back. I would use caution, bringing your machine here. Needless to say, we moved on to a new repair shop now.
